How to ease piles : –
1 – eat plenty of food That is high in fibre like whole meal bread fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water This will prevent constipation which can make piles worse.
2- avoid standing for long period.
3- Take regular exercise to improve your circulation.
4- you may find it helpful to use a cloth wrung out in ice water.
5- push any piles That stick out gently back inside using alubricating Jelly.
